Prices and Payment
UK prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable VAT.
Standard UK delivery is free, with no minimum purchase.
We cover applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance charges. Customers are not required to pay additional import charges to receive their orders.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You must provide accurate billing and payment information.
Orders
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. A purchase contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation.
Orders are subject to payment verification and product availability.
If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines.
We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed price without your consent.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our U.S. address to customers throughout the United Kingdom.
Processing takes 3–5 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 6–12 business days. Total estimated delivery is 9–17 business days, subject to our cut-off time.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays.
Our cut-off time is 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on U.S. federal public holidays enter the processing schedule on the next business day.

Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or your nominated recipient, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
You may cancel before dispatch by contacting us.
For most online purchases, UK consumers also have statutory cancellation rights after delivery. We additionally offer a 30-calendar-day return request window.
