About Us
Welcome to Northvale Home Goods LLC.
We are an online retail business based in Lexington, Kentucky, serving customers throughout the United Kingdom.
Our approach is straightforward: provide clear product information, transparent pricing, and accessible support so customers can make informed decisions before purchasing and know where to turn afterwards.
As our store grows, we plan to expand our selection while keeping that same focus on a clear and convenient shopping experience.
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders, with no minimum purchase. Displayed prices include applicable UK VAT, and we cover applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance charges.
Orders are dispatched from our U.S. address. Our Shipping Policy explains processing and estimated delivery times.
We also offer a 30-day return request window for eligible purchases, alongside your statutory consumer rights. Our Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions, return costs, and U.S. return address.
